The following demonstrates terms and conditions of use (here-in-after referred to as an "Agreement"), applicable to your use of RANGUDHYOG.COM (hereinafter referred to as "web site"), which promotes business between suppliers and buyers globally. It is an agreement between you as the user(s) of the web site (the "User(s)") and UMA PUBLICATION (hereinafter referred to as "UP").

Before you subscribe to and/or begin participating in or using web site, UP believes that user(s) have fully read, understood and accepted the agreement.

If you do not agree to or wish to be bound by agreement, you may not access or otherwise use the web site.

1. The information contained in the portal www.rangudhyog.com is solely responsibility of the signatory & the signatory hereby agrees to fully indemnify Uma Publication (Rang Udhyog News) against any claims, demands etc. in this regard as & when the arise.

2. The listing and Advertisement will be put on www.rangudhyog.com within one week after receiving complete details & realization of cheque for full amount.

3. We will try to take approval of your company details befor publishing on www.rangudhyog.com but if inadvertently any mistake remains to be corrected. The publisher will not be liable in any action whatsoever in tis regard.

4. This advertisement package will be for One Year from the date of booking.

5. Any Government Taxes or Levis will be charged extra if applicable.

6. Position of Your Company Listing / Banner on www.rangudhyog.com will be at our discretion & no complaint in this regard will be entertain.

7. We reserve the right to reject of refuse to accept any Advertisement in whole or part, without assigning any reason whatsoever.

8. Full payment must be made along with Advertisement Registration Form.

9. All cheques to be drawn in favour of “ Uma Publications “ only.

10. Once Advertisement package is accepted by us it will not be cancelled & no money will be refunded for cancellation.

11. In case of any dispute, Ahmedabad shall be the place for jurisdiction.
